Dan is an experienced finance lawyer, having advised on and managed transactions totalling over $1 billion across a wide range of sectors and industries. His legal expertise spans structuring deals, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions.

Dan also has hands-on experience as a developer, helping to bridge the gap between traditional legal practice and innovative digital solutions.

Richard Fielding

Richard is an established technology leader with decades of experience scaling global operations, commercialising emerging technologies, and driving transformation across startups and multinationals. With deep knowledge and experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems, he combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical understanding of AI.
